You Don’t Have to Carry It All Alone
I provide virtual therapy for women and couples navigating life transitions, relationship challenges, anxiety, emotional exhaustion, and burnout throughout Virginia and Texas.
Meet Shantel
Reaching out for support can feel overwhelming, especially when you're used to carrying so much on your own.
For more than a decade, I have helped adults navigate anxiety, ADHD, trauma, relationship challenges, and major life transitions. My goal is to provide a compassionate, nonjudgmental space where you can slow down, process what is weighing on you, and develop practical tools for lasting change.
I know how exhausting it can feel to hold everything together while quietly struggling on the inside.
Therapy offers a place where you no longer have to carry those burdens alone.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and practical. Together, we will identify patterns that may be keeping you stuck, strengthen your coping skills, and create meaningful change that supports the life you want to build.

My Approach
I believe therapy should be both supportive and effective. My goal is to help you better understand yourself while developing practical tools that create lasting change.
I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Psychodynamic Therapy, and Solution-Focused approaches to help clients gain insight, build resilience, and move forward with greater confidence.
Every client is unique, and therapy is tailored to your individual needs, goals, and experiences.
Who I Help:
I work with:
Women navigating life transitions
High-achieving professionals experiencing burnout
